From being a team member of U-19 World Cup squad and 2007 T 20 World Cup squad to leading the team from the front, you have made all of us proudest today. I remember the first time I noticed you so closely when you became a part of MI squad in 2011 and then became the captain of MI in 2013. Tbh, I am not your fan or the biggest admirer from the moment I saw you for the first time, but this is the kind of love that has grown with time, and I can say that this is the strongest as well. I never thought I would admire anyone more or even close to Sachin Sir, but you proved me wrong. My heart pounce every time I see you on the screen. You bring the kind of energy, those raw emotions that will make anyone fall head over heels in love with you. You support your team, players in every moment. Man with a golden heart ❤.

Prior to today, I had only experienced the tears of happiness once in my lifetime and because of you I had the chance to experience it again. The pain, your teary eyes on November'23 is not long back, but today your smile, your success overpowered everything.

Captain, I not only love you, but admire you, adore you, respect you and just everything for you❤. You will be forever my captain. T-20 won't be same without you. Forever grateful to you for making my childhood awesome. Manifesting to meet you someday❤❤

THE WAIT HAS COME TO AN END

On 23rd June 2013 Indian Cricket Team lifted the Champions Trophy in Birmingham and made everyone proud. However, since then there has been a series of continuous heartbreaks for India in the ICC Events. Be it ODI, T20 or Test we failed to perform at the most crucial stage of the competition. Despite performing strongly in the tournament, we used to choke either in the semis or in the finals. We literally were called the Modern-Day Chokers because of our repeated failure in the ICC Tournaments. 

Eventually on 29th June 2024 the prayers of Indian Fans were heard as we lifted the T20 World Cup after beating South Africa in a close encounter. To be honest at one stage it appeared that we would lose another ICC Event because the Proteas were smacking us all around the park. Furthermore, at the end of 15 overs they needed just 30 runs to win the game and lift the trophy. However, the men in blue came from nowhere and scripted an amazing comeback. 

The Fast Bowling Trio of Bumrah, Arshdeep and Hardik tied the South African Batsmen as we won the final by just 7 runs. It was emotions all over as the final ball was bowled. Everyone was in tears. India has won an ICC Trophy after a wait of 11 long years. There was celebration all around the globe as India lifted their Second ICC T20 World Cup Trophy. 

Furthermore, it was also an emotional farewell for Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli who said goodbye to the shortest format of the game. Indian Fans are sad after listening this news because they won't be able to see their favorite duo in an international T20 game again, but we are also happy for the memories they gave us. Lastly, they have ended their career on an all-time high so it's a Happy Ending for our Legends.
